For the third year in a row, Principal Builders will sponsor the IIDA Pioneers in Design event. This event is a great way to not only connect with others within the AEC community, but also hear from a distinguished group of panelist about their experience working within the interior design community, and how they carved out a career for themselves within the Bay Area. Principal Builders, working with architecture firm Studio O + A, has just wrapped on building a new 90,000 SF space for Uber, the 4-year old San Francisco technology company whose app connects riders with driver partners across 130 cities worldwide. On September 12, 2013 Principal Builders celebrated its 10 Year Anniversary at AT&T Park. We were lucky to be able to share this momentous occasion with our close friends, clients, and collegues. Principal Builders was delighted to have the opportunity to participate in the 12th annual CREW Golf Tournament at the Claremont Country Club in Oakland this Monday, August 26th. This year we had the pleasure of sponsoring a munchies & mingling table out on the 18th hole. Cookies, milk and other tasty treats were up for grabs, as well as the chance to meet and greet with old friends and colleagues.

Adapted by ELS from a 1920s-era auto shop, Splash Swim School features a shallow warm water pool, showers, changing rooms and a parent-viewing area, all in support of Splash’s mission to teach young children about health, exercise, self-confidence and swimming.
